Landmark Contracting is a regional civil contractor delivering earthworks, roadworks, and waste management projects, based in Mulwala, New South Wales.

Landmark combines regional responsiveness with metropolitan capability, supported by robust engineering, HSEQ, and operational systems through its extended network. We specialise in bulk earthworks, sealed pavements, stormwater drainage, and concrete kerb and channel installation for both public and private clients.

Sinan Hilmi

Sinan Hilmi studied Civil Engineering at RMIT, majoring in Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Management. Sinan manages all aspects of tendering, staffing and management of our projects. Sinan has 17 years of practical experience in the Civil Construction Industry and is heavily involved in the tender process which enables him to have a greater understanding of each job prior to commencement.

Mo Haidar

Mo has worked in the civil and mining industry since 2008. Mo has worked on a variety of civil and civil infrastructure projects, from bulk earthworks to railway station and freeway upgrades. Mo has been heavily involved in the engineering, management and estimating of civil works, including the delivery of safety, quality and productivity targets.

Wes Reid

Wes Reid brings to Landmark a wealth of expertise having worked in the Civil construction space for over 20 years. Wes has supervised a wide range of construction projects for Tier 1 builders, taking on complex site works including water infrastructure, rail, roadworks, remediation and infrastructure installations. Wes is a skilled plant operator and has training in a wide range of safe work practices.

Amber joins Landmark Contracting as an accomplished HSEQ professional having worked on Projects in the NT with Shamrock Civil as well as Inco Group Civil Contractors in Orange NSW. Amber has a solid track record in designing and implementing effective HSEQ management systems. She is passionate about driving cultural change that enhances the working environment.

Landmark has implemented the GearSafe Integrated Management System — a purpose-built HSEQ framework designed specifically for civil operations.
GearSafe incorporates ISO-certified policies and procedures across Safety, Quality, and Environmental management, ensuring a consistent and compliant approach to all aspects of our operations.

To support real-time communication and compliance, we’ve also adopted the Kynection mobile management platform. This system enables instant access to documentation, reporting, and updates for all users—whether on-site or in the office—fostering transparency, efficiency, and accountability.

Landmark is actively working towards ISO accreditation by late 2025, including:
