We specialise in bulk earthworks, sealed pavements, stormwater drainage, and concrete kerb and channel installation for both public and private clients.

Sinan Hilmi studied Civil Engineering at RMIT, majoring in Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Management. Sinan manages all aspects of tendering, staffing and management of our projects. Sinan has 17 years of practical experience in the Civil Construction Industry and is heavily involved in the tender process which enables him to have a greater understanding of each job prior to commencement.
Mo has worked in the civil and mining industry since 2008. Mo has worked on a variety of civil and civil infrastructure projects, from bulk earthworks to railway station and freeway upgrades. Mo has been heavily involved in the engineering, management and estimating of civil works, including the delivery of safety, quality and productivity targets.
Wes Reid brings to Landmark a wealth of expertise having worked in the Civil construction space for over 20 years. Wes has supervised a wide range of construction projects for Tier 1 builders, taking on complex site works including water infrastructure, rail, roadworks, remediation and infrastructure installations. Wes is a skilled plant operator and has training in a wide range of safe work practices.
Cody joins Landmark Contracting as HSEQ after having worked as a site plant operator and project estimator. With well-rounded experience across both site operations and office-based roles, Cody offers a comprehensive understanding of civil construction processes and a practical, informed approach to HSEQ management.
Rebecca joins Landmark Contracting with over 20 years of experience in accountancy and financial roles. She plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the business.
In her role, Rebecca is responsible for financial control, payroll, human resources, and overall office management. She also oversees fleet and asset control, ensuring resources are managed efficiently and operations run smoothly.
Simon Flower has been a committed member of Landmark for 10 years, contributing significantly to the company’s operations. He has supervised a wide range of projects, including bulk earthworks, carpark construction, remediation works, roads, water infrastructure, environmental projects, and concrete structures.
With extensive experience and a strong focus on quality, Simon is respected by colleagues, clients, and contractors for his professionalism, expertise, and leadership.
Gavin has been a key member of the Landmark family for over 8+ years working on a diverse range of projects from simple carpark construction to major water infrastructure and all aspects of concrete work. Gavin’s diversity of skills and “can do” attitude has enabled him to rise through the company from site crew to Leading Hand. Gavin has a solid set of civil construction skills and experience having worked on many of Landmark’s projects. He is held in high regard by both supervisors and clients alike.
Ben is a highly versatile operator and a valued member of the Landmark Contracting team. Competent across a wide range of machinery, he’s known for his all-round capability and willingness to step in wherever needed.
What sets Ben apart is his hands-on approach—he’s just as comfortable on the ground performing manual labour as he is operating machinery, making him a rare and dependable asset on any project.
Ben is one of the longest-serving members of the team, bringing extensive experience and a deep understanding of the business.

Landmark has implemented the GearSafe Integrated Management System — a purpose-built HSEQ framework designed specifically for civil operations.
GearSafe incorporates ISO-certified policies and procedures across Safety, Quality, and Environmental management, ensuring a consistent and compliant approach to all aspects of our operations.
To support real-time communication and compliance, we’ve also adopted the Kynection mobile management platform. This system enables instant access to documentation, reporting, and updates for all users—whether on-site or in the office—fostering transparency, efficiency, and accountability.
